Rachel Boll is a student at Carnegie Mellon University where she is pursuing a master’s degree in cello performance. An avid chamber musician, Rachel participated in numerous chamber groups throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies and was a member of the Fellowship String Quartet at the 2023 Credo Chamber Music Festival. In 2022, she was awarded Honorable Mention at the Wheaton College Chamber Music Competition. She was also invited to perform with a string ensemble at Carnegie Hall for the Getty’s 2022 “Sing! An Irish Christmas” tour. Rachel enjoys performing as a soloist as well. In 2022 she won Honorable Mention at the Wheaton College Strings Concerto Competition and later that year was featured as a soloist for the Wheaton College Christmas Festival. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from Wheaton College and currently studies with Anne Martindale Williams.
